Yoga at The Serpent and The Dove is a gentle, grounding practice held in our beloved Hearth spaces. Rooted in presence, breath, and intentional movement, our offerings support both physical wellbeing and spiritual connection.
Led by experienced teachers, each class invites you to slow down, soften, and return to yourself in a calm, supportive environment.
Across each class, we gather to practice yoga as an embodied, devotional path of breath, movement, and attentive presence.
Rooted in the lineages carried by our teachers, these offerings honor the foundations of yoga through alignment, integrity, and care. The body is approached not as something to perfect, but as something to listen to, where breath guides movement and awareness deepens with each practice.
Through shared space and steady practice, we cultivate community, connection, and a relationship to yoga that is both grounded and alive.
